Junior Specialist in the Telecommunications and IT Department (M/F)

**Scope of duties:**
- Handling helpdesk requests, i.e., providing remote and direct support to users in the use of company systems and applications.
- Active participation during company conferences in terms of IT support.
- Preparing computer equipment for new employees.
- Configuring workstations, devices, network equipment, and software.
- Creating user instructions and other support materials.
- Inventory of hardware and software.
- Resolving current issues with IT equipment in use.
- Active participation in IT infrastructure modernization work at headquarters and branches.
- Collaboration with Institute laboratories in the validation of data integrity.

**Requirements:**
- Education: vocational secondary - mandatory.
- Foreign languages: English - speaking: B1 - intermediate, writing: B1 - intermediate - mandatory.
- Other professions: IT support worker (help desk), experience: 1 year - mandatory.
- Other: **Mandatory requirements:**
- Secondary education or vocational secondary education.
- Practical knowledge of IT equipment usage principles and troubleshooting.
- Good knowledge of Windows operating system, MS Office 365 platform.
- Good understanding of network operations: LAN, WAN, WLAN, Active Directory.
- Knowledge of English sufficient to comprehend IT-related documentation.
