Job Advertisement: Telemarketer (Remote Secretariat)**

**Company:** My Office, a pioneering company in remote secretariat services, is seeking telemarketers (male/female) for part-time afternoon positions (20 hours/week). Initial employment will be on-site at our offices (near Panormou metro station, in Ampelokipoi). After two months and under conditions, the possibility of remote work will be offered.

**Responsibilities:**
* Professional handling of incoming telephone calls on behalf of clients from various sectors (doctors, companies, real estate agents):
* Scheduling and organizing appointments using modern digital tools.
* Providing information.
* Resolving problems/requests.
* Order processing and taking messages.
* Ensuring an impeccable telephone experience, with professionalism, courtesy, and consistency.
* **The position does not involve telemarketing sales.**

**Required Qualifications:**
* At least 2 years of experience in telephone customer service/support in call centers and/or polyclinics and diagnostic centers.
* Excellent computer skills and proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel).
* Excellent command of the Greek language and good knowledge of English (minimum B2 - Lower level).
* Communication skills and multitasking and time management abilities.
* Responsibility, teamwork, and attention to detail.

**Additional qualifications that will be valued:**
* Familiarity with CRM/CMS systems.
* Proficiency in touch-typing (blind typing).

**Working Hours:** Monday - Friday, typically 16:30 - 21:30
