**Scope of duties:** Supervision of container loading and unloading. Coordination of cargo placement on the ship (deck and loading). Collaboration with dockers, crane operators, and other workers. Compliance with safety procedures. Work 5 days a week, 2 days off, in shifts 6-18, 18-6. Work at the port in Gdańsk.

**Requirements:**
- Education: basic vocational - mandatory
- Other: Completion of internal Port training required, communicative Polish language skills.
