Do you want to take the step into management? Biltema Stjørdal is looking for an Assistant Store Manager for an exciting temporary position from February 1, 2026, to December 31, 2026.

You don't need prior leadership experience – what matters most is your drive, sense of responsibility, and a strong desire to develop within store operations and management.

As an Assistant Store Manager at Biltema, you'll lead the store in close collaboration with the Store Manager according to the chain's goals and concept. Your most important task will be to support the Store Manager with areas including purchasing, sales, customer service, and personnel responsibility.

**Your key responsibilities will be:**
* Store work, including restocking, customer service, and cashier duties.
* Training employees in routines, sales, and service.
* Product ordering and cash settlement.
* Adherence to Biltema's business idea and follow-up on marketing initiatives.
* Being the Store Manager's right hand and deputy.
* Ensuring quality through HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) and internal procedures.

**Qualifications:**
* Experience from store work is desired.
* Experience with personnel leadership is an advantage, but not a requirement.

* Good physical shape, as the job involves some heavy lifting.
* Efficient, engaged, and with great perseverance.

**Workplace:** Biltema Stjørdal. The position is full-time with a fixed schedule, which includes work on weekends and evenings in accordance with the store's opening hours.
