**What does the role of Account Manager mean for you at Work System?**

As an Account Manager with us, you will enjoy great freedom under responsibility. You will be responsible for driving the entire sales process, from first contact to delivered solution – becoming a trusted advisor for our customers. You will work both on new business development and on nurturing long-term relationships with existing customers.

In practice, this means you will prospect, schedule meetings, meet customers, prepare quotes, draft agreements, and follow up on deals. You will have geographical responsibility for the region and use the phone, computer, and car as your main tools. You will be in the field a few days a week and work toward a sales budget. You will be supported by colleagues at our facilities and our central sales team!

**Our wish list...**

We believe you have several years of experience in B2B sales (field sales) and are used to driving new business development. You are sociable, enjoy making contact both over the phone and in person, and have a natural talent for building relationships. If you also have a technical interest, perhaps from automotive, construction, or HVAC, we see that as a big plus.

For this role, a Category B (manual) driver's license is required, as is fluency in spoken and written Swedish and English.

Work System develops, sells, and installs equipment for light commercial vehicles, with a focus on the core values of pride, simplicity, and speed. The company was founded in 2009 and has grown strongly since then. We have received several awards for our incredible growth journey – and we have an equally exciting future ahead!

Today, we are a great team of around 115 employees. Work System is represented throughout Europe, both through facilities we own ourselves and through Partners. We cover all of Sweden with 26 facilities, from Malmö in the south to Kiruna in the north.

**Practical Information**

- Location: Trestad (with geographical responsibility for the region, Uddevalla from August 2026).
- Scope: Full-time, we apply a 6-month probationary period.
- Start date: As agreed.
- Benefit car or company vehicle: (plain, outfitted transport van).
- Salary range: 34,000 SEK – 42,000 SEK, +5,000 SEK salary supplement for a benefit car, plus profit sharing (bonus model).
- Travel: The role involves travel within the region as well as outside the region.
- Languages: Fluency in spoken and written Swedish and English is required.
- Benefits: Training through WS Academy, wellness allowance, wellness time, and other health-promoting activities. Plus, top-class social activities – such as after-work events, Christmas parties, and shared team activities.

Why does it say Trestad and Uddevalla? Our current facility is located at Johannesbergsvägen 15B in Vänersborg, but we plan to move to Uddevalla in August 2026, which is why both Trestad and Uddevalla are listed in the ad.
