**Head of Motor Vehicle Service**

**Employment type:** Full-time, 40 hours/week
**Contract:** Probation 6 months, then permanent

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Systematically organize and lead the mechanical workshop.
* Plan, organize, and supervise work to achieve quality and production targets.
* Receive and communicate with customers.
* Manage service billing and issue replacement vehicles.
* Monitor open items for individual and corporate clients.
* Implement rules, procedures, and standards.
* Ensure economical management and maintenance of work equipment and resources.

**Requirements:**

* Knowledge of the automotive sector.
* Several years of experience in customer communication.
* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Excellent organizational skills, sense of priorities, and ability to work in a team.
