For our team in Antwerp, we are looking for an HR Consultant with a commercial flair and a passion for recruitment!

**Your responsibilities**

As an HR Consultant at ITZU, you are the central link between companies and talent. You actively build a network of clients and candidates and tackle every challenge head-on. Your focus is on recruitment and commercial contact:

* Write attractive and targeted job postings.
* Proactively search for candidates through various recruitment channels.
* Call candidates, conduct initial screening interviews, and quickly assess talent.
* Enthusiastically present candidates to clients and follow up actively.
* Build strong trust relationships with clients through frequent calls and visits.
* Identify commercial opportunities and proactively approach new clients.
* Act as a true matchmaker: quickly respond and present the right candidates.
