**Your tasks as an Operator:**

* Work in a highly automated production environment preparing and filling various dairy and dessert products
* Operate the production line and monitor efficiency
* Set up, operate, and adjust filling and packaging machines
* Detect and resolve minor malfunctions
* Ensure proper cleaning and hygiene according to instructions
* Perform quality checks and closely monitor the process
* Guide and support new operators
* In the cream preparation department, prepare cream and closely follow the production process

**Requirements:**

* Experience as an operator
* Willingness to work in a 2-shift system
* Efficient, quality-focused, and orderly
* Technical insight or familiarity with automation
* Knowledge of HACCP standards or willingness to learn them
* Motivated, eager to learn, and contribute to a strong team
