**Your tasks:**

**Production & Operations**

* Develop production planning
* Lead and manage production
* Optimize and automate processes (robotization)
* Modernize, maintain, and repair machinery
* Develop work methods and training for employees

**R&D**

* Test, monitor, and develop new applications
* Product development and new production processes
* Collaborate with international partners

**Quality**

* Implement and monitor GFSI standards (FSSC 22000, BRC, IFS)
* Support during audits

**Investments**

* Prepare investment and subsidy dossiers
* Project management and commissioning of new installations

**Requirements:**

* Hands-on engineer (or equivalent experience)
* Takes responsibility and can coach a team
* Strong technical skills
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
* Proactive and innovative mindset
* Attention to detail and quality
* Flexible and practical approach
* Very good command of Dutch and English
