Marketing Manager

Job location, 2110 WIJNEGEM , Arrondissement of Antwerp - Belgium

You shape the long-term marketing strategy and brand positioning. For this, you develop an annual marketing and communication plan that aligns with the BMW brand strategy.

* Identify relevant trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities.
* Organize local campaigns, events, and activities (e.g., new model launches, open days).
* Manage digital channels: website, social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
* Coordinate offline communication: brochures, flyers, POS materials, and local press.
* Branding & customer experience.
* Ensure consistent application of the BMW corporate identity and brand.
* Ensure marketing activities align with the overarching business strategy.
* Lead and coach a team. Work closely with the sales and aftersales teams to achieve commercial objectives.
* Maintain contact with BMW Belux regarding central campaigns and guidelines.
* Report results and ROI of marketing activities to management.

**Requirements:**

* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
* At least 3 years of experience in a similar/leadership marketing role, preferably in the automotive sector or premium retail.
* Strong strategic insight and ability to translate complexity into clear choices.
* Experience with brand strategy, positioning, and (digital) marketing at an organizational level.
* Analytical skills and a data-driven mindset, with experience in reporting and budget management.
* Curious, future-oriented mindset.
* Creative, results-driven, and hands-on.
* Strong communication skills in Dutch; knowledge of French and English is a plus.
