Packing Operator - 2 shifts

**Responsibilities:**
* You supervise a team of 10 packers and ensure everything runs smoothly.
* Setting up machines and weighers correctly and performing quality control.
* You resolve minor malfunctions quickly and efficiently.
* You ensure the correct film and labels are on the lines.
* Additionally, you oversee the schedule, breaks, and work distribution within your team.

**Requirements:**
* You speak **Dutch very well**.
* Initial experience as an operator, ideally in the **food sector**.
* You think in terms of processes and feel at home in a production environment.
* You are physically fit: changing 30 kg rolls of film (2 to 3 times per shift) does not deter you.
