Registered Nurse – Ängsgårdens Care and Nursing Home, Luleå**

**About the Position:**

* Join a supportive and committed team at Ängsgårdens care and nursing home (Mjölkuddsvägen 79C, Luleå).
* Work with four units, caring for 36 patients.
* Focus on creating joy, safety, and meaningful experiences for older adults.
* Structured introduction and mentorship are provided, regardless of your prior experience.
* Possibility of relocation support if moving from another area.

**Your Role:**
As a registered nurse, you will have a **stimulating and varied role** with significant responsibility for patient care. You will work in a team with internal and external healthcare professionals and have the ability to plan your daily work. Responsibilities include:

* Planning and implementing care interventions
* Documentation of care activities
* Delegating tasks to care staff
* Medication administration
* Training and supervising staff and patients

**Work Hours:**

* Mainly daytime shifts according to schedule
* Over a 12-week period: 4 evening shifts and 2 weekends

**Your Profile:**
We are looking for someone with genuine interest and commitment to caring for older adults with physical and cognitive impairments. You should have:

* Registered nurse license or ongoing nursing education with imminent graduation
* Valid B driving license
* Good digital skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
* Previous nursing experience, municipal care experience, or specialist training in district nursing or elderly care is meritorious
