* Initiate, drive, and coordinate projects in dialogue with stakeholders inside and outside the municipality.
* Ensure projects are implemented with high quality and in accordance with municipal goals.

* Lead exploitation projects where the municipality is the landowner, including contracts, negotiations, and property law matters.
* Handle matters such as easements, leases, land purchases, and land sales.
* Conduct research and investigations related to political motions or initiative matters.
* Collaborate closely with other departments and elected officials.

* Strong understanding of relevant legislation: Land Code, Property Formation Act, Planning and Building Act.
* Relevant higher education in community development, law, or engineering; or equivalent experience.
* Previous experience in municipal administration within the community development area.
* Excellent Swedish communication skills, both spoken and written.

* Ability to build trustworthy relationships internally and externally.

**What We Offer:**

* A strategic and operational role with freedom to shape the position.
* A supportive and collaborative work environment.
* Opportunity to contribute to the municipality’s growth and attractiveness.
* A balance between a meaningful career and the small-town advantages of Bromölla, with proximity to nature, lakes, and the sea.

**Application:**

* We welcome applications directly from candidates; external recruitment or advertising agencies should not contact us regarding this position.
