**About the Position**
We are now seeking personal assistants for a man in his 60s who lives in Ersboda, Umeå. He has both cognitive difficulties and physical limitations, and needs support in his daily life with various tasks. He enjoys listening to music, watching movies, and playing computer games, and appreciates when assistants show interest and engagement in his leisure activities.

This is an hourly, as-needed position, which suits you if you are looking for a side job without fixed hours. Working hours vary between day, evening, and night shifts (sleep-in duty), depending on needs. It is required that you can work night shifts on a sleep-in basis.

**About You**
We are looking for you who are responsible, flexible, and empathetic, and who enjoy working closely with people. You have the ability to create security and trust in your interactions with others, and always place the user's needs at the center.

It is meritorious if you have experience working in care and healthcare, but it is not a requirement. Delegation of tasks is required – if you do not have this, you will receive delegation training in connection with employment. You also need to be able to speak and understand Swedish well, as communication is an important part of the work.

**Requirements**

* You must be able to work sleep-in night shifts
* Delegation is required (training will be provided if needed)
* You must be able to verify your identity and show that you have the right to work in Sweden
* You need to have Mobile BankID to sign employment contracts and time reports
