Team leader Bistro to First Camp

Our goal is clear - to become the world's leading camping chain. An important part of the experience for our guests is of course that they get good and easily accessible food. We want to create lunches with that little extra and evenings with a golden edge - maybe you are the one who wants to join in and contribute by being responsible for the reception and the experience in our bistros?

What does the role entail?

As Team Leader Bistro, you are responsible for leading the bistro and ensuring that the business runs according to our concept. You are an active part of the team and participate in everything from cooking and serving to sales, dishes and cleaning. Your main responsibilities include to:


    Distribute and coordinate tasks within the bistro team
    Order raw materials and ensure that storage and handling follow guidelines
    Promote the sale of our bistro products and contribute to a pleasant guest experience
    Introduce and train new bistro staff to maintain a high level of service

In the role, you are also expected to be flexible and able to support other departments when necessary. For us, the guest's experience is at the center, and we work together to solve today's challenges with positive energy.

Who are we looking for?

We would like you to have experience in a cafe, restaurant or fast food industry. If you also have training in hotel and restaurant, it is meritorious, but the most important thing is your personality! We are looking for someone who can inspire both guests and colleagues, and who thrives in a dynamic environment. You adapt easily, keep calm in stressful situations and appreciate a structured way of working.

You need to be able to communicate in Swedish or English, be over 20 years old, and have a positive attitude that rubs off on the whole team.

Conditions

We are looking for a Bistro Team Leader for the summer season. The role is part-time seasonal employment (approx. 30-40 hours/week) and includes working hours on evenings and weekends, in accordance with the collective agreement. During the spring, we offer a training that we would love to see you participate in.
