TEAM LEADER – INDUSTRIAL ELECTRICAL WORK (M/F)

MOMENTI, a recruitment agency specialized in technical professions, is looking on behalf of its client for a **Team Leader specialized in Industrial Electricity (M/F)** on a permanent contract. The position is based near Le Havre.

**Under the responsibility of the Works Supervisor, your missions will include:**

* Reviewing the technical file.
* Reporting and managing the needs for equipment and consumables, and receiving them.
* Planning interventions and assigning tasks.
* Participating in estimating the time required for each team intervention.
* Supervising and controlling the execution of work.
* Alerting in case of deviations from the project (deadline, budgeted hours).

**Requirements:**

* **Education:** Minimum of a Professional Baccalaureate in Electrical Engineering.
* **Experience:** First experience or proven background in team management. Applications are welcome even if you do not meet all criteria; they will be carefully considered.
* **Skills:** Strong sense of organization and anticipation, leadership and team management skills, and the ability to work autonomously.
