**We are looking for DRIVEN RECRUITERS**

You’re a smooth communicator, genuinely listen to people, and sense when someone is in the right place. You give candidates confidence, open doors at companies, and make sure everything fits. Not by asking standard questions, but by being curious, spotting opportunities, and helping people move forward.

**What does the job look like?**

Your role is versatile and people-focused. No day is the same, but you can expect to:

* **Morning start with your team:** Review the day’s priorities together. You work very independently – though you always have plenty of colleagues to support you.
* **Meet candidates:** Talk to people looking for a new job. Discover their talents, dreams, and needs. Then help them move forward: present vacancies, give tips, and make sure they’re well-prepared for interviews.
* **Bring vacancies to life:** Write attractive job postings and ensure they reach the right people. Know the companies in your region inside out and understand what makes them unique.
* **Contact companies:** Present candidates to companies where they truly fit. Sometimes these are existing clients, sometimes new ones. Prospecting doesn’t scare you: you convince companies with strong candidates, enthusiasm, and a professional approach.
* **Sales and targets:** Not every task is simple. Sometimes there’s time pressure, specific expectations, or complex candidate situations. And you have targets to meet. This requires perseverance, courage, and creativity – but that’s the magic of this job: you love the challenge that sales brings.
* **Achieve results:** Keep an overview, track your goals, and celebrate progress and successes with your team.
