Ensuring the smooth operation of daily tasks at the front office
Handling all administrative tasks and correspondence
Welcoming and assisting guests (check-in and check-out)
Providing individual attention to guest requests and handling complaints
Ensuring smooth office organization
Responsible for the professional and prompt processing of incoming reservations
Receiving and forwarding general inquiries (by phone and in person)
WHAT YOU BRING:
Completed vocational training or experience in this field is required
Well-groomed appearance and excellent manners
Excellent communication skills and a persuasive and engaging personality
Very good written and spoken German and English skills; any additional language is an advantage
Good Microsoft Office skills and Protel knowledge
Team player
Discretion, resilient, and flexible
Independent work style

This position is available with the following hours, depending on the agreement:
40 hours / 5-day week (€2,026.00 gross per month) - 6-day week by arrangement Inquiry
