HR Employee - Technical Industries

Your duties include, among others:
Recruiting and selecting technical profiles.
Conducting job interviews in Dutch and French.
Answering HR-related questions from employees.
Following up on and processing various personnel administrative tasks.
Assisting with the application of social legislation.
Collaborating with colleagues and contributing to smooth internal operations.
Profile
You have experience with recruitment and selection.
You work accurately and have strong administrative insight.
You possess a bachelor's level of thinking and learn new material quickly.
You communicate fluently in Dutch and French.
You have basic knowledge of social legislation.
You handle confidential information with discretion. You are a true team player and have a flexible attitude.

Employment based at the Zwevezele branch.
A fixed schedule from Monday to Thursday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM and on Friday until 2:30 PM.
Willingness to work occasional overtime, with the necessary flexibility from both sides.
