Job Description
Prepare and follow up on payroll for blue-collar and white-collar workers
Manage personnel administration from hiring to termination
Draft, publish, and actively follow up on vacancies
Screen candidates and conduct job interviews
Organize the onboarding of new employees
Identify training needs within the company
Develop and follow up on internal and external training courses
Contribute to building a strong employer image within the green sector
Be the first point of contact for all employees
### Profile
Bachelor's degree in HR or 3 years of relevant experience in operational HR, payroll, or personnel administration
Work accurately, discreetly, and independently
Prefers short lines of communication and a hands-on approach
Sufficient knowledge of French
### Experience within an SME or family business is a strong plus
Available for full-time day work
