HR Recruiter

## Job Description:
You draft vacancies in consultation with the various departments and publish them via the most suitable channels.
You purposefully select the right recruitment channels to attract talented candidates.
You actively search for candidates and carefully screen CVs.
You schedule job interviews and guide candidates throughout the entire selection process.
You maintain smooth communication with hiring managers and external recruitment partners.
You support the HR team with various HR projects and actively contribute to the further development of the HR policy.
You contribute to a professional, safe, and people-oriented work environment.
### Profile
You hold a Bachelor's degree or have equivalent experience in HR or recruitment.
You have initial successful experience in recruitment and/or HR.
You communicate fluently in Dutch and French. You work accurately, discreetly, and in an organized manner.
You have strong communication skills, are proactive, and have a hands-on approach.
You have a dynamic mindset and enjoy variety.
You are a true team player with a passion for people.
