What does your job look like? No two days are the same, but you can certainly expect this:
you are the link between candidate and client
you actively search for talent via job sites, social media, and your own network
you conduct telephone screenings and in-person interviews
you have a perfect feel for who fits where and present candidates with confidence
you build lasting relationships with clients and spot new commercial opportunities
you follow up with candidates and clients from A to Z
Good news? That “YES” call is in! You handle all the administration for a smooth start. you extend contracts, complete social documents, and follow up on evaluations
you keep up with social legislation and answer a wide range of questions
you keep an eye on KPIs and results and celebrate successes together with your team
Profile

preferably already has initial (HR) experience
speaks and writes fluent Dutch.
Offer

Work regime: 40 hours/week
Working hours: our offices are open from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
Gross salary: between €2,400 and €3,200 per month, depending on your experience
Variable pay (bonus) based on your results
