Job Description
Are you analytically strong and do you get energy from HR, data, and process optimization? As an HR Data & Systems Business Partner, you support the organization with strategic HR advice, smart data insights, and efficient systems. You will join a team of 6 colleagues, where everyone has their own expertise and works closely together.
Your tasks?
Collecting, analyzing, and reporting HR data, including headcount, FTE, CSRD data, and trends to support strategic decisions;
Developing and maintaining dashboards, KPIs, and reports for HR management and other internal stakeholders;
Managing, validating, and optimizing HR data and collaborating with IT to ensure correct and consistent data quality;
Assuming the key user role within SAP HR, including supporting colleagues, troubleshooting, training, manuals, and process improvements;
Advising managers on talent development, performance management, competency management, workforce planning, and organizational development; Supporting recruitment and employer branding projects, including job descriptions, search strategies, and assigned hires;
Assisting in the implementation of HRIS systems, conducting testing, guiding users, and coordinating system changes;
Ensuring clear instructions, uniform working methods, and practical support so that HR processes are correctly applied throughout the entire organization.
### Profile
What makes you the ideal candidate?
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, such as HR, data analysis, or HRIS implementations;
At least 3 years of experience within HR, with a clear affinity for data, systems, and process improvements;
### Experience with HRIS systems such as UKG, Workday, or SAP SuccessFactors; knowledge of SAP HR is a strong asset;
Strong analytical skills, excellent knowledge of Excel, and a structured way of working;
Fluent communication skills to convey complex data simply and understandably;
### Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau is a plus; A very good command of English and Dutch; knowledge of French is an added advantage;
A proactive and supportive attitude, where taking initiative and collaboration are central.
