Your role as an HR Consultant:
You are the indispensable link between client and candidate.
You actively search for talent, think outside the box, and clearly map out profiles.
You match candidates to vacancies based on skills, personality, and experience.
You convince clients of your match and guide the process from A to Z.
You build lasting relationships with clients and candidates.

Bachelor's degree in hand.
Commercial flair and a results-oriented approach are second nature to you.
You are proactive, stress-resistant, and enjoy variety.
You speak fluent Dutch and have a good knowledge of French (English is a plus).
Enthusiasm, perseverance, and a passion for people.
