Our Aircraft Managers are looking for a new person to complete their team, PART 66 licensee, category C for Basic Maintenance on our MRO PART 145 site.

Your main mission is to monitor and manage an aircraft project by managing human and material resources from the start to the end of the project.
## As project manager:
You pilot, plan and manage the scheduling of the initial site and additional work (synchronization of sites/parts, logistics/supplies) with the Technical Office, logistics and the planning department.
You participate in the management of production and internal and external hazards: load/capacity adequacy, optimization of resources.
You write and control the defects reports (TIS) and you carry out the time estimation.
You ensure the creation of TAGs in our ERP (AMS) for the equipment deposited.
With the account managers and the technical office, you take a tour of the plane with customers on a daily basis.
You write the daily reports in conjunction with the account managers, the technical office and the production manager.
You supervise parts management, sending to the workshop, and store returns.
You participate in the site monitoring meeting and propose areas for improvement.
## You manage between 5 and 10 technicians on a daily basis:
You ensure the allocation of work (adequacy of resources, parts, quality, tools, work cards) and set objectives for your team (employees, temporary workers and subcontractors)
You control the execution of work on the aircraft and ensure that the ERP (AMS) is updated.
You ensure compliance with the allocated times.
You ensure compliance with health and safety rules (wearing PPE, work clothing) and general discipline on your site.
You ensure the correct completion of administrative documents (work order).
