painter painter M/F - EC22331 Within the General Directorate of Technical Services of Urban Planning, under the authority of a Buildings team leader, within a team of two painters, your missions will be:
- Diagnose and check the condition of painted surfaces to plan future interventions
- Assemble the scaffolding
- Install wall coverings (wallpaper, fabrics, etc.)
- Ensure the proper maintenance of the equipment made available for the execution of tasks
- Carry out maintenance on municipal buildings and new painting work
- Installation of single and double glazing
- Participate in various projects in conjunction with other trades
