Your role as Sales Manager
As Sales Manager at Ritchie Bros. you are part of an international team and work together with colleagues to strengthen the position in the agricultural sector within the Benelux. You build and maintain long-term relationships, understand customer needs and translate these into solutions that lead to recurring business.
You advise prospects and customers about the sale of used agricultural machinery and offer tailor-made solutions. As a reliable advisor, you use market data and price insights to guide customers to the right sales strategy. Your knowledge of machine value, condition and pricing determines success.
