We are a family business in the middle of Husum, with 350 great colleagues, a lot of tradition and modernity and our own café. We are looking for someone who will give our house a face. Your tasks The concepts and the creative line are given by our marketing - you implement them with craftsmanship on the surface and bring them to life: - You implement our shop windows - the business card of the house - You dress our mannequins and bring the decoration around them into shape - You build up the changes of season and occasion - from spring to sales to Christmas - You translate the specifications of our brands into an area that belongs to CJ Schmidt Fits in - You work closely with purchasing and area managers This is what you bring with you - An eye for fashion, color, proportion and composition - you see when something is "right" - Experience in design: whether as a trained designer for visual marketing / advertising designer, from floristry, trade fair or event construction, retail with a feel for presentation - or as a career changer who can easily do it - Hands-on work: you can set up, assemble and handle materials - Physical fitness (ladder, lifting, a lot on your feet) - Care and the requirement that every detail is right in the end This is what you get with us - 30% employee discount on our entire range - 35 days of vacation - A permanent job in an owner-managed premium house - Lots of variety - every season is different - A team that welcomes you and short routes to the top How to apply Send us your application - preferably informally.
