Demand for the Enterprise Service Management product team in Digital Solutions is growing, and the team of professional, passionate and knowledgeable colleagues in the Philippines and Denmark needs you.  The team designs, develops and delivers enterprise service management solutions used by all of Vestas' 30,000+ employees. The solutions cover numerous business areas within the company and enable efficient orchestration and workflows via the ServiceNow platform technology.  The design of all solutions is based on the needs of the people who use them as well as Vestas' strategic goals and priorities.
Responsibilities
In this position you will undertake a selection or combination of:
- Design and deliver end-to-end solutions on the ServiceNow platform to optimize efficiency and employee experience, streamline business processes and ensure seamless system integration
- Collaborate with stakeholders to create visually intuitive and user-friendly solutions that minimize cognitive load and align with business objectives. Operationalized through engagement to capture practices and requirements, translate into features, user stories and technical tasks
- Manage multiple projects and stakeholders with diverse backgrounds, roles and skills while supporting the design, development, testing and deployment of service management solutions on the ServiceNow platform
- Contribution to defining best practice
