As part of the ambitious growth strategy within Technical Service, the Service Excellence team within Maintenance Services (Technical Service) plays an essential role in driving projects and activities related to competence and capability development.
We are looking for a Competence Development Specialist who is interested in leading and driving competence development projects and activities together with the central team, the FSO organisation in clusters as well as Training Services.
You and your colleague have the FSO organisation in the clusters and the global Training Services organisation as your main speaking partners and stakeholders and you share the work in the most optimum way dependant on your skills and interest. The position requires strong and close collaboration between yourselves to ensure you're driving towards the same end-to-end goals and solutions.
You will be located in Lund and will travel approximately 15-20 days/year.
Main responsibilities
- Own, develop, maintain and continuously improve the FSO competence development, assessment and certification portfolios based on; Cluster needs, PLC needs, needs,
- Forecasting of future development needs
- Operational contact towards Training Services including driving the FSO training forecast
- Own and continuously improve the PME skills structure
- Drive KPI development within the competence development area
- Lead and drive the FSO competence development network

You are a self-motivated person with a strong drive and result orientation. You possess strategic and analytical skills as well as great communication and stakeholder management skills. You have the ability to exercise informal authority and you easily work cross-functionally with people on all levels.
