As a supervisor for our evening deliveries, you act as the link between our Ambassadors and our Delivery Manager. Our Ambassadors are our key players; they are salespeople, drivers and our strongest public face. Our ambition is to always give our customers service with a wow factor and the Ambassadors are an important part of this. As a supervisor, you become a spider in the service network and give the Ambassadors the best conditions to deliver the wow factor when they meet our customers. Your working hours are Mon-Fri at 14..00 at our warehouse in Järfälla.
## Your role mainly involves:
- Coordination of deliveries and ensuring that we keep to the schedule.
- Overseeing the sorting and loading of our cars before they roll off for tonight's deliveries.
- Traffic management during the evening. You make decisions about possible changes in planned routes and handle reloading, traffic jams, salvage and the like.
- Collaboration with our Service Specialists to quickly act on feedback from our customers.
- Delivery and receipt of equipment to our ambassadors.
- Reporting and follow-up of car damage and incidents.
- Locking and alarming of our premises after the end of the working day.
## We believe that you:
- previously held a managerial role, preferably for young people. If you also have experience in warehouse and logistics, that's great.
- have a coaching approach when you lead others.
- has a driving licence, good knowledge of cars and good physique.
is confident and responsible. You keep calm in stressful situations and communicate in a clear and trust-inspiring way.
- is good at keeping order and order around you and is a problem solver who can quickly adapt to new conditions
