## MAIN DUTIES OF THE POSITION:
› ensure the technical maintenance of the buildings of the Jūrmala State City Administration (hereinafter - the Administration) and the continuous operation of engineering communication systems (heating, conditioning, ventilation, energy supply, signaling, water supply and sewerage systems) by organizing the necessary maintenance and repairs;
› perform small electrical and plumbing works (replacement of lighting fixtures, bulbs, switches, rosettes, water mixers, etc.);
