Shift MASTER (food industry)

We invite managers of production areas to join the team!
With the development and expansion of the company's operations, we invite production area managers to work in the new salmon production plant.
## If you are interested and ready:
Monitor the execution of production stages and technological processes
Control compliance with technological, sanitary and quality requirements
Plan, coordinate and ensure the execution of the daily production plan
Organize shift work and support employees in their daily duties
Train new employees and follow work discipline
Participate in meetings, discussions and improvement of work processes
Develop and implement the necessary work documentation for a more efficient process
## We expect from you:
Mandatory experience as a manager (at least two years)
Food production experience will be an advantage
Good knowledge of Latvian language, preferably knowledge of foreign languages for communication with cooperation partners
Willingness to grow with the company
High sense of responsibility and accuracy
Ability to plan, quickly perceive and evaluate information when making decisions
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Positive attitude towards work
