As a Senior UI/UX Designer (m/f/d), you will help design our modern and user-centered web application. You see yourself as a central, technical sparring partner and pass on your UI/UX knowledge in order to strategically further develop our product. The market is growing - and we are growing with it! We are therefore looking for a full-time Senior UI/UX Frontend Developer (m/f/d) to strengthen your team. Your tasks:- Design System & Documentation: You are responsible for the strategic and operational development and maintenance of reusable UI components and design tokens in Figma and Storybook. To do this, you will create comprehensive documentation on the use of components, variants, states (e.g. hover, active, errors) and best practices - target group-oriented design: You combine your design flair with deep technical understanding. You create wireframes and convert them into intuitive mock-ups as well as high-class prototype interfaces for front-end development: you form the bridge between design and development. Your UI/UX concepts are the basis for ensuring that designs can be implemented consistently and efficiently in code - Quality & Performance: You ensure that features meet the requirements of the design system during development, you proactively support the implementation from conception to go-live and thereby guarantee a consistent and high-performance user experience - Mentoring: You actively share your knowledge of modern UI/UX principles and methods in the team and thereby enable the front-end team to implement best practices independently - Agile team: You form the interface between product management and software development in our Scrum team with around eight releases per year. It’s a match!- Tech Stack: Have you mastered Figma and Storybook inside out? Do you know exactly how to build complex design systems, create functional prototypes and scale digital products? Then send us your portfolio! Code understanding: You don't have to be a full-stack developer, but you speak the language of development. You have a clear understanding of modern front-end frameworks (React or Vue.js) as well as CSS architectures (e.g. Tailwind CSS) in order to harmonize perfectly with development - Working style & team player: You convince us with your outstanding collaborative nature.
