Hans Schröder Maschinenbau GmbH has been developing and selling machines for non-cutting sheet metal processing in trade and industry for 75 years. The family business, founded in 1949 by Hans Schröder and now run in the third generation, represents the strengths of medium-sized mechanical engineering: technical competence and a high willingness to innovate, lived quality and service orientation, working for and with customers as well as a partnership with suppliers and employees. We are currently looking for: UX/UI designer (m/f/d) - machine control / folding machines (m/f/d)Description• Conception and design of the new web-based user interface for our machine control - from analysis to implementation• Leading role in the UX/UI design process: development of design guidelines, information architectures and interaction concepts• Carrying out user analyzes and usability tests• Close collaboration with software development and product management• Creation of prototypes and interactive mockups (e.g. with Figma, Adobe XD or comparable tools)• Definition and maintenance of a design system for the new control platform• Co-design of the digital product strategy in the context of industry 4.0, HMI design and ergonomic machine operationRequirements• Completed studies with a focus on UX/UI design, interaction design, media information technology, industrial design or a comparable qualification• Several years of professional experience in UX design of technical systems, ideally in mechanical engineering or in the user interface design of controls• Sound knowledge of user-centered design, design thinking, prototyping and usability engineering• Good knowledge of HTML, CSS and TypeScript• Experience with frameworks such as Angular, React or Vue.js is an advantage• Confident use of design tools such as Figma, Axure or Adobe Bicycle leasingContactApplications by email to: by post to:Hans Schröder Maschinenbau GmbHHuman resources departmentFeuchten Wessobrunn-ForstSupplementary information:Requirements for the applicant: Advanced knowledge: style sheet language CSS, industrial design, product design, programming language TypeScript, wireframe software Axure, HTML, XML, XHTML, XAML, XSLT, Adobe XD, interface and web design tool Figma, user interfaces, user interfaces
