We are looking for a marketing / communication designer / graphic designer (m/f/d) for our headquarters in Neumünster as soon as possible on a 40-hour basis. In this versatile position, you will be an essential support of our marketing team. In close and trusting collaboration with our senior graphic designer and across departments with other teams, you will ensure our perfect visual and content-related appearance. As with all of our key positions in marketing, the same applies to you: you are the brand manager. Strong brand awareness is essential. You know how to showcase the Bestway® brand and merge text and images into a strong, uniform message. Your design focus is not just limited to advertising eye-catchers - you also enjoy presenting sometimes complex topic processes in a visually appealing, clear and understandable way. You also act as an important linguistic backup for our team, which is why text sensitivity and language skills are just as important for this role as your creative eye. *For reasons of better readability, we have refrained from using male, female and various language forms at the same time and used the generic masculine. All personal names apply equally to all genders.Your tasks• Graphics & Layout: As active support for our senior graphic designer, you will be responsible for the creation of a wide range of digital assets (such as social media posts) as well as print materials such as flyers, catalogs and our business stationery in day-to-day operations.• Presentation design & visualization: You will visually prepare sometimes complex topics and data and create convincing presentations (especially in PowerPoint).• Text representation & SEO research: You represent our copywriter in his absence. You have a strong SEO orientation in order to research and prepare relevant topics in a way that is tailored to the target group.• Translation Management: You work confidently in our translation management system and take on the professional translation of texts from English into German.• Newsletter design: You support the visual design and creation of our newsletters.Your profile• Foundation: You have completed training in the field of communication design / a completed degree or a comparable qualification and have sound practical professional experience.• Software & AI tools: You are absolutely confident in using the Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Canva. The use of common AI tools to increase efficiency in the design and text area is a matter of course for you.• MS Office: You have very good user knowledge of the MS Office package - especially in PowerPoint and Excel.• Languages: You must have German language skills at C2 level - this is essential for error-free text representation and translations. You also have very good knowledge of English.• Brand awareness & symbiosis of text and images: You have a deep understanding of brand building (brand awareness) and know exactly how to perfectly combine visual and textual elements.• Team: You are an absolute team player and work together in a solution-oriented manner.• Pragmatism & prioritization: You work flexibly, keep a cool head even under tight deadlines and are characterized by absolute adherence to deadlines.
