We look forward to getting better together!Your tasks:- As a Product Owner Project Enablement (m/f/d), you are responsible for the entire product development cycle from ideation and conception to the development and continuous improvement of the project area for our customers in the online shop. This is intended to inspire and advise customers to plan and implement their projects - You define and prioritize the product roadmap for the area, aligned with the overall strategy and business goals - In collaboration with stakeholders, you collect and analyze requirements and translate them into detailed product specifications - You ensure on-time delivery of high quality - You monitor and analyze important performance metrics, identify potential for improvement and implement appropriate measures - You stay current Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices and integrate them into the product development processYour profile:- Successfully completed studies in business administration, (business) information technology or a comparable course of study, ideally with IT affinity- Relevant professional experience as a product owner (m/f/d) in product-oriented software development, ideally in the e-commerce environment- Good understanding of modern software concepts are a plus- Strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as a structured and result-oriented way of working - Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams - Experience in using agile methods (SCRUM) - Business fluent knowledge of German (at least C1 level), good English skills (at least B2 level) Our offer: - Good together.
