This is what you do as a Department Manager: You are one of several Department Managers in the store's management team. As a Department Manager, you are, together with the Assistant Store Manager and Store Manager, responsible for maximizing sales and profitability in the department and in the store, as well as following up on the results. Together with the Store Manager, you are responsible for creating the right conditions for the employees, providing the best possible customer service and reaching set goals. You lead and work together with the employees in the daily operations with sales, service and customer satisfaction, picking up goods, checkout work, sales environment as well as implementation of campaigns and product exposure. This is your background and your experiences: You are passionate about sales and providing our customers with good and professional service. You have a good ability to prioritize, delegate work and manage changes. You are also structured and perform your work with good quality. We attach great importance to personal suitability.
