Assistant Store Manager Kosta Fashion

Kosta Fashion is in rapid development and is therefore looking for a dedicated and sales-oriented Assistant Store Manager. You will be involved in leading and developing a passionate sales team and a selling store where you will be involved in the daily management, development and operation of Kosta Fashion. Your most important task will be to drive sales and additional sales operationally on the shop floor, be a motivating factor for our employees and constantly strive to create success based on daily and monthly goals. On a daily basis, you are actively involved in assisting the Store Manager with the tasks on the shop floor, leading and motivating employees in sales, product unpacking, sales environment and in achieving good and professional customer service. Furthermore, it is part of your responsibility to assist the Store Manager with schedule planning, staffing and other priorities that are part of daily operations. You are also the person responsible on site in the absence of the store manager. ABOUT THE POSITION We are looking for you with a passion for sales and who enjoys working with clothes and fashion. You who are passionate about creating fantastic customer experiences and enjoy developing employees but who also want to develop yourself and challenge yourself. We assume that you have previous experience in retail and that you have had personnel responsibility in some form, and thus have a few years of work experience. In the role of Assistant Store Manager, you are one of our leaders and as such you need to be a non-prestigious, initiative and inspiring role model with a high sense of responsibility. You must have at least high school qualifications and you speak and write in Swedish in an unhindered way. WHY US?
