YOUR TASKS We are currently looking for an Industrial & Project Engineer (m/f/d) in the area of Manufacturing Engineering who will support us in our future projects as part of our 13-person team. In your role, you will deal with the technical and organizational-economic structure and optimization of company processes in the area of production in the project context. In your responsible role you can also expect the following: You will be involved in the control and implementation of process optimizations along the entire value stream You will support assembly projects up to series readiness The definition and implementation of lean production system principles and methods are also part of your area of responsibility You will be involved in setting up and introducing process standards You will carry out feasibility studies for the manufacturability of new products with a focus on costs and quality The conception, planning and implementation of workplace systems is also part of your tasks WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU You have completed a degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, or similar, preferably with a focus on production technology, or completed training with several years of professional experience in a related field. With initial professional experience, you bring practical knowledge and previous experience in project management. In addition, you bring the following with you: You recognize problems and know how to solve them You have a high willingness to learn and perform and enjoy familiarizing yourself with new topics Resilience, reliability and analytical thinking are among your strengths You have organizational talent and your way of working is always structured and solution-oriented You are an absolute team player and good communicator at the same time, and you sometimes slip into the role of "mouthpiece" for your team Dealing with the usual MS Office products and SAP are a given for you. You also have fluent German and English skills, both spoken and written.
