The Deputy Director (F/M) of Ascencia Business School organizes and supervises the operation (administrative, educational, commercial, etc.) of a private higher education establishment. It implements the educational and commercial guidelines defined by General Management. In this capacity and under the responsibility of the Director of the school, your missions will be: Management and steering of the establishment - Ensure the proper functioning of the establishment in the absence of the Director. - Supervise and coordinate the site development strategy. - Organize, lead and support teams (administrative, educational and commercial) in a process of continuous improvement, performance and quality. - Ensure good coordination between the various departments of the establishment. Administrative management - Supervise the activity of the administrative service. - Ensure the transmission of information and documents to the HR and Accounting departments (invoices, payments, reminders, employment contracts for trainers, etc.). - Check the conformity of student administrative files and training contracts. - Ensure the proper administrative management of conventions, contracts and registration files. Educational management - Ensure compliance with educational budgets defined by Management. - Ensure, in collaboration with the Manager or the Educational Coordinator, that the lessons comply with the educational standards. - Participate in educational bodies (back-to-school meetings, class councils, disciplinary councils, etc.). - Supervise the management of trainer absences, the monitoring of their hourly volumes and the organization of replacements. - Ensure disciplinary monitoring of learners (warnings, sanctions, dismissals.). - Ensure the smooth running of the daily life of the establishment (attendance, punctuality, compliance with internal regulations, dress, school climate). Commercial development and corporate relations - Monitor commercial performance indicators and ensure that the objectives set by Management are achieved. - Supervise and support the team of Corporate Relations Managers. - Manage the development of the portfolio of partner companies. - Identify the needs of companies and guarantee the suitability of the profiles proposed. - Develop partnerships and participate in promotional activities for the establishment (trade fairs, forums, events, partnerships). - Support companies in their training projects (financing, OPCO schemes, work-study contracts, internship agreements, etc.). - Supervise the administrative monitoring of training contracts, agreements and financing files. - Raise awareness among businesses about paying the apprenticeship tax. - Participate in the development of new projects of the establishment, in particular the launch and development of Ascencia Business School Sénart.
