Job duties
• Order management and admin in the area of internal sales of devices
• Manage invoicing and administration of incoming order inquiries
• Order products from distributors on orders received via our Webshop
• Create orders in our internal invoicing systems
• Manage incoming orders/changes/closings for our customers with customer-unique agreements
• Manage incoming swap-24 orders and warranty cases
• Work in the team close to sales
• Develop and make suggestions for adjustments in our internal processes and processes
We are looking for you who
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service, sales administration or order management, preferably in IT, t
• elecom, or similar technical products.
• • Documented experience of working in business systems, order flows and administrative tools.
• Good technical knowledge of computers, mobile phones, tablets, network products and peripherals (headsets, keyboards, docking stations and screens.
• Experience in handling order changes, exchanges, warranty cases and returns.
• Experience working towards customer-specific agreements, SLAs and internal processes.
• Good ability to communicate in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
Personal qualities for this role
• A strong technical interest and enjoy understanding products in depth.
• Structured and meticulous
• Service-oriented with a high sense of responsibility, as the role is closely linked to the customer experience.
• Good problem-solving skills and can easily find solutions for e.g. delivery delays, backordered items or warranty exchanges.
• Enjoy working closely with sales and the rest of the team, and contribute to the development of routines and processes.
• Be flexible and proactive, be able to prioritize and drive your tasks forward yourself.
Meritorious
• Experience from a telecom operator, IT reseller or hardware distributor.
• Knowledge of exchange processes, DOA management and warranty exchange.
• Experience working in webshop backend or ordering portals.
• Experience in warehouse administration.
• Experience working in systems such as: Zendesk, Upsales
