Become a specialist in payroll
In BSO Payroll, you will have a daily life with various tasks within payroll and a large contact surface for customers of all sizes, both Danish and international companies.
As a trainee, you will, among other things, have a role in translating complex legislation and agreements into practical salary processing and value-creating advice for customers. In addition, you will handle reimbursement requests, reconciliation of salary and reporting to eIndkomst. We take great pride in providing insightful advice that meets customers where they are. Your specialist knowledge and service-oriented approach make a difference every day, and you become the trusted advisor that customers ask for advice.
At the same time, we increasingly work with digital solutions, where part of the classic tasks are supported or carried out via systems and third-party solutions. You will therefore also gain insight into how the area within pay can be optimized through automation, system integrations and efficient workflows.
Bring your desire to learn into play
You do not need to have experience, the most important thing is that you are motivated to learn. We make sure that you are dressed well from the start. We imagine that you have a natural interest in numbers, finances and people and are ready to take responsibility in your work.
You are motivated by finding solutions and thinking about improvements, as we continuously work to develop and optimize our workflows - both internally and in collaboration with our customers.
You have either completed or are about to complete a relevant education, e.g. HHX, STX, HF, a vocational academy education or a university education.
