Your tasks - responsible & strategic
As a Brand Manager (m/f/d) you are responsible for the strategic management and further development of a leading brand in the aesthetic and medical sector. You will actively shape the future of the brand and work closely with interdisciplinary teams to expand market shares, develop new target groups and implement strong launches.
## Your main responsibilities include:
• Brand management & strategy development: • Development and implementation of an integrated, brand-specific marketing strategy based on sound market analyzes and competitive observation
• Product launches: • Planning and implementation of new launches as well as life cycle management of existing products - from positioning to market launch
• Budget responsibility: • Independent planning, management and control of the brand budget including reporting and ROI analyses
• Communication planning: • Control and development of target group-specific communication measures (online/offline, HCP & consumer), including collaboration with agencies
• Stakeholder management: • Close collaboration with medical, sales, regulatory, training and international teams
• Market research & insights: • Use of qualitative and quantitative market data to optimize brand strategy and customer approach
### Qualifications
• Completed studies, ideally with a focus on marketing or health care
• Several years of professional experience in brand management, ideally in the pharmaceutical, medical or aesthetic sectors
• Strong strategic and entrepreneurial thinking
• Strong project management skills and high level of personal responsibility
• Experience in budget planning and control
• Fluent written and spoken German and English skills
The position is initially advertised for a limited period of 12 months. If the tasks are successfully implemented, the project develops positively and there is convincing added value for the team and the ROI, an extension can be promised.
