Training position in anesthesia nursing

We are now looking for you who are looking for an education in nursing anesthesia!
Akershus University Hospital (Ahus) offers educational positions for nurse anesthesia. You will receive 100% of the collective wage as a nurse and permanent employment with 10% work obligation during the education. The position provides salary seniority and pension, as well as the same duties and rights as other employees. The education period covers 90 credits, followed by a commitment period of 30 months. If you wish to complete a master's degree, this must be agreed with your immediate manager.
Ahus may need nurse anesthesia for its anesthesia locations:
Central Operation (SOP) Nordbyhagen
Day Surgery Department (DKA) unit Ski or Nordbyhagen.

Qualifications
The following qualifications are emphasized when hiring:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a nurse primarily within somatic specialist health services
Work experience from intensive care/monitoring department/reception
Motivation to become an anesthesia nurse
To qualify for the position, all applicants must attach the following documentation:
CV
Authorization as a nurse
Diploma/transcript from a bachelor's degree in nursing
Employment certificate from current and previous employment as a nurse
Confirmation of applied study place
2 references must be provided, one of which must be a current manager
Written justification for why you want to become an anesthesia nurse
Personal qualities
As an anesthesia nurse, you must be good at collaborating and have the ability to show responsibility and care
You must have good observation skills, be proactive and show calm in acute situations
Must be able to work in an interdisciplinary team and independently
You must be able to cope with frequent and rapid focus shift
In addition, you must enjoy working in a high-tech environment.
Ability to stand in a physically demanding workday
