Assistant nurse for home care – Aleo Care

Job duties – What will you do?
As an assistant nurse with us, you have a central role in the lives of our customers. The tasks vary based on individual needs and may include:
    
Personal care – help with personal hygiene, dressing and undressing and transfers
    
Social support & conversation – create security through presence, conversation and consideration
    
Support in everyday life – help with meals, simple household chores and other aspects that make the customer's everyday life easier
    
Supervision & security-creating interventions – be attentive to the customer's needs and contribute to safe care
    
Documentation – document interventions according to assistance decisions and implementation plans
    
Security alarms – respond to urgent needs of customers who have alerted and handle both planned and more urgent interventions
Who are you?
We are looking for you who share our view that care is done with the heart and who want to contribute to safe and professional home care. To succeed in the role, we would like you to have:
    
Nursing education – with approved education and preferably experience from home care or similar activities
    
Fluent Swedish – you express yourself well in speech and writing and document according to routines
    
B-driving license – you are a safe and experienced driver
    
Cycling experience – you feel comfortable cycling between customers
    
Responsible & stress-resistant – you take initiative, plan your work and stay calm in pressured situations
    
Independent & cooperative – you work independently but thrive in a team
    
Empathetic & communicative – you are responsive, respectful and have an easy time building trust
    
Flexible & solution-oriented – you adapt to a changing everyday life and find ways forward
    
Digitally experienced – you use mobile and documentation systems at work
Service and employment conditions
    
Working hours: Monday–Friday and every other weekend (07.00–15.30)
    
Employment rate: 100%
    
Employment: Until further notice with a 6-month probationary period
    
Location: You will be based in our office in Åkersberga and work within Österåker municipality
