User-controlled personal assistant, temporary

About the position
A mature and sociable employer is looking for a temporary assistant as a user-controlled personal assistant (BPA).
We are looking for a reliable, flexible and collaborative person who can step in in the absence of a permanent assistant. Personal suitability will be given great importance.
Job duties
As a temporary BPA, you will assist with practical tasks both in and outside the home. The working day will vary according to the employer's needs and wishes, and can include everything from everyday tasks to activities outside the home.
Qualifications
You must be 18 years of age
Personal suitability will be considered separately and is an important factor
Proficient in Norwegian, written and spoken
Driver's license at B 
Personal qualities
Able to work independently, goal-oriented and structured
Able to perform physical tasks that correspond to practical tasks in and outside the home
Be responsible
Good collaboration skills, be flexible and outgoing
