As a senior site manager, you'll be responsible for leading and coordinating various projects on site. Working closely with the Project Manager, you'll ensure that daily activities run smoothly and that the set goals are achieved. You'll play a key role in motivating, managing, and supporting your team, striving for optimal performance and teamwork.
What will your responsibilities entail?
You'll install panel boards, home automation, lighting, fire systems, and other electrical components.
You'll perform site monitoring, including placing orders and reporting problems on site.
You'll monitor the quality of the work performed to ensure it meets the set standards and requirements.
You'll motivate and manage your team daily.
You'll work closely with the Project Manager to monitor project progress and resolve any issues.
What do you need to get started?
Demonstrable experience as an electrician, preferably with managerial responsibilities
Extensive knowledge of electrical systems, installations, and regulations
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to lead a team
Independence and decisiveness, with an eye for detail and quality
