Technical Analist

For a leading, technology-driven organization active in HR and payroll solutions, we are looking for a Technical Analyst. You will contribute to sustainable and high-performance software solutions within a modern and future-oriented IT landscape.
What will you be doing?
Developing technical analyses and designing robust software solutions
Developing and improving web applications from analysis to production
Monitoring architectural principles, performance, and code quality
Testing and monitoring releases in various environments
Providing technical support and guidance to developers
Where will you be working?
Our client focuses on software (HR software, time tracking, payroll administration). You will work not only with business/HR processes but also with the technical aspects of their applications. The combination of HR knowledge and IT is therefore relevant: our client builds and maintains its own applications. They have become the sustainable full-service partner for complete HR management. Profile
Strong knowledge of software architecture and technical analysis
Demonstrable experience with Java (including REST APIs, Spring Boot)
Analytical, accurate, and strongly focused on quality
Interested in both new technologies and existing legacy systems
Fluent communication in Dutch, basic knowledge of French and English
Offer
Compensation: min. €3,000 - max. €3,600 gross per month
