Internal Sales

As an Internal Sales German specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for customers within our company. You'll listen to their questions, brainstorm with them, and translate that input into targeted proposals and clear quotes. You'll work closely with the external sales team, who rely on you for smooth follow-up and a commercially focused approach.
With your flair for design and product knowledge, you'll assist customers not only quickly but also stylishly. You know exactly how to use our products to offer customized solutions, and you never miss an opportunity to expand orders. This could involve suggesting alternatives when stocks run out or offering suitable additions that truly add value, all without being pushy.
You'll be responsible for correctly preparing and processing quotes and orders. You'll ensure every detail is accurate, ensuring smooth and error-free processing – via our Internal Sales Coordinator. In her absence, you'll temporarily take over coordination and keep internal operations on track.
This role involves more than just administration. You combine customer focus with commercial acumen and maintain an overview in a dynamic environment. This way, you directly contribute to the customer experience and our commercial growth.

You have an eye for design and know how to present products in an attractive and practical way.
You have 3+ years of experience in a similar position (a commercial role) and/or a bachelor's degree.
You are familiar with CRM tools and MS Office.
You have excellent command of Dutch and German.
